Term of Contract
- order's for container quantity's minimum 1 x 20 feet container containing mixed items is allowed.
- We sale ex-works including packing . Our normal standard for packaging is by using corrugated carton wrapped and protected by oil paper on the wood frames. Stickers or labels indicating country of origin and product specifications ( code, description, material, color, etc. ) are sealed on the packaging
The Terms of Payment
- All payments to be made in US dollars/EURO Dollar/Poundsterling or a currency converter. Our price is based on FOB Jakarta.
- We give the following options for payment :
- Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) : Down payment 50%, the balance after shipment, when the Bill of Lading is faxed.
- Our Bank : PT. BANK RAKYAT INDONESIA (PERSERO) CIREBON BRANCH Swift Code : BRINIDJAXXX
- Note : Please inform us, before and after sending any payment to our bank.
Cancellation
- Once an order has been placed into the production, it is non-cancelable without written approval from CV. KURNIA.
Production Time
- Normal production lead-time is 45 – 60 days. Production lead-time depends on large orders
- We always fumigate the container and put absorb bags inside the container as well as silica gels inside the packed
Compliance
- If that happen, we must get the proved about that compliance like: photo (3 photo for one furniture, that is from the front, side and back also photo the legs if that chair).
